OPPO Pad 2 Official Promotional Images Published Ahead of March 21st Launch

OPPO will be holding an event on March 21st, during which it’s going to unveil a brand new tablet. Also, they’ll debut the OPPO Find X6 smartphone series there. Anyway, the OPPO Pad 2 is what we’re here to cover and this time we have official promotional images leaked for it.

OPPO itself has released these images showing the Pad 2 in two color options. The tablet will be available in grey and gold and design-wise, it looks very much like the OnePlus Pad. Aside from the design, OPPO has yet to confirm other details. Luckily, leaks have previously revealed some specs. GeekBench for example has listed the tablet, with Android 13 on board, up to 8 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 888 CPU.

There were previous rumors talking about a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset instead. According to the 3C listing, the tablet packs 67W fast charging on a 9500 mAh battery. The Bluetooth SIG listing confirms that it will come with Bluetooth 5.3 and ColorOS 13.1. Digital Chat Station revealed that the slate will have a 11.56 inch LCD display, with a 2800 x 2000 pixel resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz, just like the OnePlus Pad.

The display is Dolby Vision certified and has HDR10+. There’s also a 13 megapixel rear camera, capable of up to 4K video capture, as well as an 8 megapixel front camera for videocalls and selfies. OPPO will sell the device in multiple colors.
