Realme Pad Mini Gets Certified by NBTC, We Learn About the Camera Specs
Realme debuted its very first tablet back in September 2021, Realme Pad and it claimed it was going to launch more devices of the sort. That debut should happen in 2022 and already the first model appears in certifications. It’s dubbed realme Pad Mini and it was certified by the NBTC recently, according to Mobilissimo.ro.
NBTC is an authority from Thailand that’s the equal of the US FCC or the Chinese TENAA. The newcomer appears under the codename RMP2105 and it should come with 4G support. There should also be a Wi-Fi only model, which should be priced lower than the 4G version. The Realme Pad Mini in the meantime also appeared in GeekBench, revealing a bunch of key specs, like an Unisoc octa core processor, 3 GB of RAM and Android 11.
Camera FV-5 also revealed that the Realme Pad Mini will pack an 8 megapixel back camera and 5 MP front camera. The regular Pad used 8 megapixel sensors for the main and selfie cameras. It sure sounds like a rival for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 2021, considering the specs, especially the CPU and RAM. Unisoc has been used a lot lately, single handedly helping Motorola and Nokia get back into the tablet biz via launches in India.
It’s also the fourth placed CPU maker in the world, above Exynos even.
