Xiaomi Pad 7 Tablet Could Feature 120W Fast Charging; Some Say Pad 6s Pro Incoming

Another week, another batch of rumors concerning a brand new Xiaomi tablet. This time we’re talking about the Xiaomi Pad 7, but it appears that a half generation update, the Pad 6S Pro is coming.

Digital Chat Station leaked some details on the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro about a week ago and today we have more info. The tablets are said to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 respectively. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro is also expected to get a 12.45 inch LCD display with a high refresh rate, 144 Hz even, with a 16:10 aspect ratio.

Some earlier reports even mentioned an OLED panel, but I wouldn’t bet on that. The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro could feature a rather large 10.000 mAh battery, that’s able to charge at 120W. It should also run on Android 14 with HyperOS on top and feature a dual 50 megapixel camera setup, plus a quad speaker system. Another Weibo used talked about a Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro, with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, a 12.4 inch screen with a 16:10 aspect and quad speakers.

Even satellite connectivity support is on the table.
