Xiaomi Pad 6 Leaked in Live Pictures, With Xiaomi 12-Inspired Camera Module

We’re in for quite a treat this week, as Xiaomi takes the floor in Barcelona and delivers the Xiaomi 13 series to Europe. They’ll also unveil more products, like headphones and potentially also a tablet. The Xiaomi Pad 6 has leaked a bunch of times and today we get to see it in live pictures.

These images have appeared online courtesy of Chinese site CNMO. The camera module is 100% similar to the one of the Xiaomi 12 phones. We’re dealing with quite the large tablet here and the device comes with an iPad Pro-style silver color choice. The predecessor provided more variety, with hues like Cosmic Gray, White, Black and Green. The Xiaomi Pad 6 is expected to drop in 11 inch and 12 inch versions.

The camera has been seriously upgraded, judging by the module alone. It comes with a triple cam setup, with a 50 MP wide angle shooter, a 13 MP ultrawide and a 5 MP telemacro lens. There have also been some rumors about a bigger 14 inch slate, so we could see a Pro or Ultra version. Some alleged Xiaomi Pad 6 specs have popped up online, including a S Snapdragon 870 processor for the core model and a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU for the Pad 6 Pro.

It’s been 2 years since the Xiaomi Pad 5 launch and a larger Pro model appeared in August 2022. It would be about time for an upgrade. A high refresh rate of 120 or 144 Hz is also in the cards. The OnePlus Pad also had 144 Hz, so the premiere has been done.
