HONOR MagicPad 2 Tablet Design and Specs Leaked; Launch Date is July 12th

HONOR is prepping a rather big event for July 12th in China and it seems that they’re all set to announce a bunch of new devices there. Those include the Magic V3 foldable and also the MagicBook Air 15 laptop and the MagicPad 2 tablet. The slate has just been teased.

The official images of the device show it in black, white and blue, with an IMAX Enhanced logo also present at the back side, promising HDR capability. There’s the promise of greater details, brighter highlights and a wide color gamut for a more cinematic experience. There’s no metal contact point on the device, which means the keyboard connectivity could happen via Bluetooth.

There’s a round camera module here with a LED flash and upfront we find a 12.3 inch screen with narrow bezels. Digital Chat Station, tipster extraordinaire claims that the HONOR MagicPad 2 comes with a 12.3 inch OLED panel, that offers a 3K resolution and also a 144 Hz refresh rate. There’s also eye protection with Ultra High Frequency functionality.

Just like the previous leaks say the device will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The top version of the MagicPad 2 will offer 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. We don’t know much about other specs, but I expect a large battery with fast charge.
