Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 Confirmed for December 12th Launch

Huawei already confirmed that it’s hosting a rather big event on December 12th and that event is happening in Dubai. Now we learn that it’s going to introduce there, among others the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2, which is currently exclusive to China.

The company posted a video on X the other day, confirming the December 12th unveiling of the MatePad Pro 13.2. The post doesn’t explicitely mention the tablet, but it does include the #HuaweiMatePadPro hashtag. It also shows a tablet with a notch and the same wallpaper present in the MatePad Pro 13.2 official images.

This device is powered by the same Kirin 9000S processor seen on the Huawei Mate 60 and it runs on HarmonyOS 4. It hosts quite a bit of RAM, at 16 gigs and there’s also 1 TB of storage on board. It integrates a 13.2 inch 144 Hz OLED display, with a 2880 x 1920 pixel resolution and we’ve got a 10.100 mAh battery with 88W wired charging.

The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 packs 6 speakers and 3 cameras, including a 13 MP main shooter, 8 MP ultrawide and also a 16 MP selfie camera, which is joined by a ToF 3D sensor. We’ll learn more about pricing and configurations on the 12th.
